Understandable why players want such widget, and can see why it can make a team play more efficient.
But does it not go against idea of zK communism-shared-eco? (yesyes, communism shares income but the widget shares stored metal - but still)
Think better would be instead to improve how the shared-eco distributes metal.
For example players with no stored metal could recieve more income than a player who has almost full storage. A player who stores metal over some limit (say 500) might even not recieve no metal at all, until other players are no longer stalling.
That would be for the large teamgames. For 2v2-3v3 games (where you can "trust" your team more) the most efficient share-methode is imo spring's default "share slider."
