Biggest Fans is simply the fraction of upvotes given to a specific Player divided by the total upvotes given. I.e. if A has given out 100 upvotes and 42 of those were given to B then his fan score towards B would be 0.42

Best Friends is by taking the minimum of the values of the two "Fan" relations that connect a pair of players. I.e. if A -> B is 0.1 and B -> A is 0.2 the friendship value will be 0.1

Greatest Enemies is just like Biggest Fans if you replace upvotes with downvotes.
