3D printed ZeroK units

Sodbuster 5 years ago Some of you may have seen my previous post with my 3D printed Total Annihilation/Balanced Annihilation armies. I got some requests for ZK units, and I've become more of a ZK fan myself, so I decided to print up a few of my favorite units. The default scale of ZK seems to be larger than TA/BA. TA/BA models seem to be ~28mm scale, whereas ZK is closer to 35mm scale. I am developing a 28mm wargame using TA/BA units similar to warhammer. I plan to also make a more a mech warrior style tabletop game with the ZeroK units. Staying in the spirit of ZK, it will feature smaller armies with a focus on micro/tactics of individual units. +32 / -0

Sodbuster 5 years ago honkahonk. I haven't uploaded any .stl's because i haven't really done anything to modify the 3D models. I just went to the github for zerok and extracted the 3d models from the Objects3D folder. I use a program called UpSpring to make them .OBJ models and then slice them. People on Discord can you help you with this process, its super easy. I did another project using original Total Annihilation 1997 3D models, and they needed a fair bit of work to make solid objects that can be 3D printed (they were missing faces and hollow). Most of the ZeroK 3d models are more modern/complete, I have avoided printing the ones that need work to be printable. I would be happy to share my updated TA 3d models if anyone is interested message me. Here is some TA models: +5 / -0
