I am using the only internet connection I can where I live, I dont have an option as it is provided as part of my utilities and I can not change it. So its ok to just suddenly stop people from being able to connect without telling them or anything. Just bang! one day you can play, the next you cant?? Seriously, this is appalling customer service.

well, I'm off to play something else, maybe complain to steam about it I dunno, it doesn't the right way to be running things and I doubt Steam would want to be associated with all the bad press thats going to come if it gets greenlit from all their customers being treated like this.

Not being able to play is hard to handle, i understand that. But cool down. The game is for free (really!). All the devs are developing and supporting it in their free time, it is their hobby. And they are doing a great job! You are NO CUSTOMER, you are a welcome player, if you can understand that. If not, you better go buy another game where they probably treat you less well for more money.

I don't think I am a welcome player, I think the only welcome players are those on the donations list, so its not really free then is it?? Everyone else, is not given a damn about and the admins can treat them however they want. When I think of admins now I just think of Joffrey from Game of thrones.

You are very wrong about donations. You have a weird view on ZK. Do not donate if you think you will be treated as a better person then, cause you won't. Simple truth is, that Skasi sent you the correct hint. I can't tell if there is another way than the forum to ask for an exception to get your proxy allowed (i guess the restriction is to keep banned people out, but thats just a guess), as I have not needed it yet. However I know that the admins read the forum often are typically very helpful to people who stick to a normal way of communication. Naming somebody 'Joffrey from Game of thrones' will very likely not help you...It wouldn't with me for sure... you may get a reaction as from 'Tywin Lannister' but you likeley wouldn't like it.

Pretty much everything about him screams anteep smurf. "Oh, I'll blackmail you on steam for not allowing me instant proxy access, even though i was told admins can enable it for me". Complaining about customer service immediately because you pretty much have a technical problem is just... Lol.
