There should be a vote option to swap between clan and ally balance and start the game balance.

Best of both worlds... you can have both, just not at once.

Strict clan balance was asked for. I think Licho said that you would have to spec some of the higher ELO clanned players in order to start in the case where balance cannot be found.


Either way, there ought to be a forcestart vote that can override balance in order to avoid situations like the one Crutch reports.
Obviously, the forcestart vote needs to be carried by more than a simple majority in order to pass.

Meh, the balance has to stay as it is. Elo has to come into play or people will take advantage of largely weaker teams. Really as Jseah said, you need to decides what high elo players are playing, or in my opinion, maybe just maybe split among several games which will lessen the elo average.

Yeah atm it does not block game from starting but it might shuffle teams into non-sensical (clan vs ally) if forced by huge elo differenced

Random Clans unfortunently is counterintutive to PW. People partially play PW to play on teams with friends.

I didn't say balance mixed teams :)

only to add a new PW use to a random clan or If he didn't want to play, remember witch clan he was in.

Then each clan get equal numbers of noobs and active players.
You would have to play with random other ppls.

It would really be a WAR - A real challenge
