How change the key for add group, alt does not work for me on Linux

i have to search in the uikeys.txt and ZK_data.lua but i did not find how to do

ctrl+number is to put units into group
alt+number is to make auto group - new units auto added to that group

alt+number is handled by widget and it does not support custom configurations yet, you would need to modify widget.

what is the file name if i want to change it ?

its autogroup in widgets. You have to copy that to local widgets folder and modify the file.

Then in game go to settiongs and enable local widgets.
