What is the expected behavior of vote exit?
In the game at:
https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/278805140708786177/743957786441941010/20200814_172635_Tricy_Run_v6_104.0.1-1544-ge1f249f_maintenance.sdfz , when after 40 minutes West decided to "vote exit", because they got nuked twice and are loosing, it seems to me that:
- one player vote yes (neko - east team, probably did not get what's happening) does not seem to be taken into account
- when same player changes his mind and votes no, yes votes don't go down either
- somebody who is already resigned (or in the lobby? don't know) casts the final vote
- at the moment at which vote starts there are 10 players playing, but vote should be 5 to pass. Isn't that abusable? (shouldn't it be larger than the largest team still in play?)
