Stuck -- cant play -- window settings

So I set my UI to 300% and now its all messed up and I cant get to the settings button to fix it. How do I reset the window sizes via the back-end or something?

look for the springsetting file in your dir dunno if that option is there
this option ?
interfaceScale = 90

The settings are stored in 
Steam\steamapps\common\Zero-K\LuaMenu\Config\IGL_data.lua
there you should find a line akin to 
InterfaceScale = 300,

Change it back to 100.
