But there is consistency among cloak and rezzing, the Athena, currently the only other unit able to rez, also stays cloaked when rezzing. Maybe make rezzing not look visually like a nanolathe, because it's only energy being used(Kinda strange how it looks like you're shoving metal into something). For example, it could be the lazer beams that are the low-graphic version of the nanolathe.
And speaking of that, repairing also uses the same nano-cloud effects while repairing, which is also kind of strange because metal is not required to repair something, even though it used to be in OTA(I was mistaken, this is only the case for SupCom). If there is any changes to how nanolathes look when repairing, building, or rezzing, each operation should get it's own unique look just because. For reasons of technobablle realism(ie. Fluff) repairing could be the lazer with nanolathe particles being emitted and circling around the unit being repaired, because the energy is reorganizing the metal which has been shifted by unintended plasma shell hits. This would also convey the information that the unit is being repaired to the enemy in a simpler way than now.
