I think talking as a spectator was a bad idea - even if you don't think you're giving anything away, and even if you in fact haven't, the players' efforts to interpret what you said may still affect the game. Kicking for com-morph is also meh (though in some instances understandable). Nevertheless, Ampersand's attitude in this instance was fully deserving of a kick.
