Smoth's new Gantelope. Metal production of spots decreased dramatically from 7 to 0.85. Tagging as official, since it's not speedmetal anymore.

Why should I give you feedback? I'm not your personal tester! But oh well I'm nice: the ramps are boring. It's much fun north vs south. The middle hills sizes are a bit of a pain. I think that is all.

Skasi, because you made posts like "DUN FEATURE THIS! AND NOT PW EITHER! >.< " which are pretty childish.

I can reduce the height of the middle hills, that isn't hard to do but they are tall like the original map(narrowvalley).

It's not just altitudes in general, it's pretty much the whole height map. Hard to explain to someone who doesn't play ZK. Those ramps are very odd. You can ignore them with spiders/jumpers and using vehs/tanks turns into a very easy Tower Defense game for the defender. East vs west it feels like a boring lane-push. North vs south can turn into a very tedious battle of porc.

Just play ZK for a month, then try this map. Chances are high you will apologize for calling my comment childish.

No... you are generally pretty childish Skasi. Smoth is being great in making maps with ZK in mind and it's our job to give him useful feedback to ensure they play as well as possible.

You are the reason creators do not make content for such ungracious people as yourself.

I can offer real feedback:

The ramps are very broken by current implementation of pathing. Mostly tanks, vehicles, and hovers are affected. For some reason they don't "recognize" the ramps very well and will take very long, roundabout paths to get somewhere that is very close if you take the ramp. In order to get those units to use the ramp, I sometimes had to leave a trail of move orders very close together the entire way down the ramp.

smoth is asking for our feedback Skasi, so he can re-release these maps, since he is no longer working on GRTS.

The centre hill looking blocky is probably due to your viewdistance (or terrain detail).

It sounds like the ramps do not match up with the resolution on the long distance pathing.
