This isn't mixed. This is hovers map, no exception. All other options are invalid.

A proper mixed map is where you can play cars, spiders and ships as equals.

This works as a reasonably mixed map in a team game. On a 1v1, hovers have a clear advantage.

However, if this is the same version of the map I played lately, hovers can have some trouble going past the shore. It would help to smoothen the shores a little.

Kind of a boring map. Being hover biased doesn't help the issue. Unfeature? Untag for 1v1?

I kinda like this map, but the water is messed up for some reason. It doesn't extend past the map boundaries properly.

That being said, it is basically Hover & LV, and the LV play is okay for interesting.

AFAIK hover is basically the only playable fac here in 1v1. If you can't access the islands your opponent can take four supermex for free (ruling out land-only facs), all the mex are on land (ruling out ships).

It also seems too open for air/gunships and too flat/large for amph though these are contestable. Hover is certainly the only thing I've seen regularly played here (in 1v1, teams gets a mixture).

Even the "normal" mex are quite big (>2.5, I think) which makes the early game play out oddly.

I'm not sure any of these are good enough reasons to unfeature or untag but I certainly wouldn't call the map "standard".

Solution: Make the small island's edges untraversable by hover.
Upside: Big mexes have less influence on fac choice.
Downside: Airstart becomes valid.

I don't think it should be unfeatured. The only problems I see with it are because of hovers (mostly daggers), not the map.

I think rather than decreasing passability, it should/could be increased. Moving islands closer and providing fords that land units can reach at a minimal speed malus. Relocating the other mexes so that ships can somehow reach them.

The map won't be the same though. The result won't be Finn's.

Any flat-ish map is a great hover map, dry or wet. If I want to play hovers I might as well as play Red Comet or Titan Duel, but at least there I can have interesting matchups against other facs (although hover mirrors aren't rare either).

Here you are almost forced to take hovers so it's like a less diverse and more boring version of those dry maps.

I'd unfeature it until hovers stop being dominant on dry maps and a hover map would actually be interesting, but meh. Need more opinions.

Its a decent map for team games too. Instead of unfeaturing i would suggest to remove 1v1 tag.
