One team spectate -> teacher mode

Hi, when i sometimes saw total newbies as a spectator, i wished i could guide them and draw on map for them, but its really hard.

I get that you cant just PM to someone, it could be exploited.

The solution could be guidance mode where spectator would see just one team and could guide him. He could also place marks and draw on map.

Of course, there must be limit for someone who would like to guide, like ELO and playtime.

There was a feature like this many years ago. It was a faction called "teamspec." The teamspec player started with no units and could not receive any.

The problem is that it requires an enhancement to the way springie handles balance in order to account for teamspecs, so the teamspec faction was removed.
