Where are these files located at ? I want to back them up while I re-install my client.

My Documents/My Games/Spring for Windows. I think it is ~/.Spring for Linux but I'm not sure.

Most widget stuff is located in LuaUI/, and your zk settings are in LuaUI/Config, with the new hotkey stuff in LuaUI/Configs/.
