Thanks KR. Performance improvements are mostly to ssmf, I scaled the source images in half as there was no reason for them to be as high-res as they were. Also converted them to .dds which stay compressed in video card memory. Not sure if it had as big of an impact but I also fixed water rendering forever outside the map.

It should now run at least as well as any other big map with /advmapshading on.

1024x is a good size for all the image files, I had them at 2048x before but I don't see any noticeable loss in quality ingame.

While this map does look nicer, I liked the old maps height map better.

The new height map turns this into just another tank / kbot map; before you could use your comm to rush the dominating heights for a big advantage.

The ramps in the center ridges should be remove at least. Not only do they reduce the aesthetes of the map. They also change game play for the worse.
