@Storage - there aren't many 5FFA maps. Blackstar, HotStepper, and this one are it, I think.

This was an... interesting map, with pretty much only one entrance per starting point, and with much of the map walled off to limit movement. However, it seems the water is shallow enough for spiders to cross, so players will need to watch out for that, especially if someone decides to try to sneak a Scorpion or Funnelweb to the back of your otherwise well-defended base.

Finally, why is the land raised so high up from the water? I would've loved to see ships and amphibious units get more love out of this map than it currently does (as of the time of this post).

What if the sea was a 100 elmos deeper, and also lava?

Edit: Better yet, what if the center was full of lava, with sufficient simulation for the lava to pour out into the external sea if terraform is applied?
