Commander Distress Sound

I noticed the sound in this video(22 sec). Where does it come from and who made it?

TheMooseIsLoose is your basis for that the fact that some sounds used to be from warzone2100? I think that was mainly voices. I can't find any attribution in the sources for it, but some sounds lack attribution.

Renegade-X either took my chopped up version from ZK, or found the sound independently and chopped it up themselves. The sound has a CC Attribution license so it doesn't matter either way. ZK has some sounds from older open source games with appropriate licenses.
