When I attack-move a Phoenix, it passes over the target without dropping so much as a chestnut. Trial and error, I discover that it will only deliver airmail this way if its move state is not Hold Position. I don't remember it working this way before. Hold Position or not, I believe it used to bomb. Is this a bug or a feature? Or am I misremembering?
