I would say PRO_rANDY was winning this game, or at least not losing it, at a point in time well after the first factory switches (say, about 14:00).

Given that I'm not much of a 1v1 player these days I wouldn't care to speculate about whether factory matchups or just plain old outplay was responsible for the eventual outcome, though.
