I would like to say I'm sorry for yesterday/earlier today to those involved. I forget which battle it was but I said a bunch of things in absolute frustration which was wrong. Namely calling people the "metal bricks tied to my knees dragging me under" and a bunch of other not-so-nice things. I got frustrated with your seemingly nonacknowledgement and noncommunication and noncontribution but that does not make it right. I get you're new, and I'm generally not like that at all. That was my implosive anger finally raging to the top and I basically took it out on you and a spectator (you know who you are). Normally this frustration is contained by either doing something enjoyable in game or commorphing/doing stupid stuff/leaving, but for whatever reason I stuck around and actually didn't do stupid stuff. Unfortunately, that frustration lingered for a few games, getting progressively worse.

To prevent this from happening again, I am going to, going forward, resign and go do something else in the event I feel my frustration is rising to the point of desiring to lash out instead of taking it out on people since it is a lesser of two evils. Yes, that is frustrating to others involved, but it is also the lesser of two evils. I will at least say that I am too frustrated to continue before resigning at least.

Again, I'm sorry to those involved.

In a similar vein I'd better apologise to Tartankiller for swearing at him a few days ago for doing stupid stuff in game. It's been bugging me for a while that I lost it and this is a good a time as any to say "sorry". Like Shaman, I get so caught up in the game that I forget ... it's a game. I'll try be more civilized in future.

Hey lets live and let live.

Every game you play you do the best you can, what other people do is outside your control and you should not concern yourself with it.

How many games you win doesn't indicate you're a good player, it's what i see you do when you line up in the same lane as me that tells me whether you're a good player or not, whether we win or lose.

I play a lot of Dota 2 and I can agree with that statement in that game, I've made my peace there. But Zero-K is different. in our "marketing blurbs" we say that you can micro or macro and you can play any way, but playing well requires everything, micro all the tiime that you aren't boosting your economy or changing build queues. sub-optimal play can be a huge hindrance to a 2 player team because each player soaks half the metal income, so when you expand and your ally doesn't keep pace you only reap half the reward, and it can feel crippling. In a game like Dota 2 where everything is focused on single hero micro, and multi unit control is considered ultra high skill, and you're never expected to control more than one hero at a time, if there's a poor player you can't do anything about that. But in Zero-k, the control interface is so great that if your ally just donated you everything you can think to yourself that "yes, I can do something here better without my teammate." In massive team games, this is less important if like 1 person isn't doing so well cause there are 5 people who are(doing well), but the smaller the team the more I think it, and I've never felt that in Zero-k before.

I would also like a public apology for any anti-social behaviour, insults and the like that may occur this weekend.

You're amongst, if not the #1 offender, Pancho.

I got squeezed out from the place of the most hated player in zero-k by some PanchoVilla?...
At least I still hold #1 on reports and punishments in total... probably :P

I did think about you, Firemanpluk. But you've become kind of a geezer these past few years. More of a quaint dick than a serious asshole. ;D

I wish most players would follow myself and members of my clan in our endeavors to keep Zero-K respectful and fun for everybody.

I complain sometimes, but its at the matchmaking... it gives me an ally whos first unit is a nuke vs two people building units. No way to win.

Please add an option to disable communism eco in team games with a large skill disparity.
