Saving and loading campaign missions?

On loading a previously saved campaign mission, there are no units on the map, and I get the message that the game has ended in a draw. Is this a known bug? if not, where do I report it?

Send your savegame so I can see what the problem is. It should be in 'saves' in your install directory.
