I've installed 10 a while ago, been pretty satisfied since except for the fact I couldn't disable automatic restarts after updates.
IIRC you can delete most of the crap using the "Disk cleanup" utility, and click the "Clean up System files" button.

Yes, made my old computer run faster when browsing webpages.
Oh yes, WIN10 has functions in Microsoft edge that make browsing easier, make sure to use it.
Plus, remember pretty much everything Microsoft makes syncs to the cloud.

After you have finally found all privacy relevant settings in win10, you can't even delete those programs on your own computer that are spying on you. You can delete some via windows powershell. For others you need to install hacking programs only to delete them. On the whole, win10 is malware/spyware and I don't know why
