I added it to featured maps for a couple of PW seasons, but wasn't ultimately all that great imo, so I removed it. Sure add it back though, if you think it's worth it.

The high asymmetricity. Southwest has a large front which is accessible by opposing hovers, whereas northeast has most of its shore protected from hovers by steep hills.

I think I forgot that the water is passable by any unit, though, since hovers are so prominent on this map... the hills aren't a barrier for bots.

What kind of boxes do you think would be best for this map? The default startpositions of the map are SW vs NE.

Ya the water is very shallow. People sometimes make hovers because they do not realize that. Featured and changed boxes

mex layer broken

Fixed.

Let me point out that mex spot was working fine, instead it is the map that was broken.

The bug was that on each of the bottom mex triples there was a mex placed between two metal spots. This occurred because mex radius is large enough to overlap two spots at once which resulted in a map imbalance. The bottom left team would receive much better overdrive if they knew about this and exploited it.

This map is broken, at least with dev engine. The metal spot features have hitboxes such that built extractors cannot be attacked.

In 91.0 the features are purely cosmetic. I wonder what's caused them not to work as intended.

As AUrankAdminGoogleFrog already pointed out this map is BROKEN in 98+, mexes can not be killed properly because the objects on metalspots block projectiles.

UNFEATURE IMMEDIATELY! :O
