I played for some minutes and got 3 endings. ("Die for being shapeshifter", "finish with no casualities" and something else)
One dialogue-line was like "XY is the shapeshifter" and then I kept pressing (1) which was variants of "yes he is" "i think so" "i am sure" or such and then it ended. To be honest I did not understand what I was doing..
audio was good, actual gameplay no idea.
reminded bit of "second variety" (short story) or ending of "the thing" (movie)
clickable dialogue menu would be good. or a "skip" key, so it does not require keyboard and mouse.
