Having two levels of water is impossible if land can be deformed without implementing fluid dynamics which isn't really going to happen.

It would be cool if there was a Spring.SetWaterLevel or something for creating such systems. Won't happen though probably.

That's utterly insane. Although most of the really fun implications are functionally impossible for pathfinding (like having curremt push boats and floating buildings).
