It's a HL2 RTS mod for Alien Swarm complete with headcrab shell launchers! Totally free and the system requirements are pretty low. Unfortunately it doesn't look like there's a native linux version.

Huge nostalgia trip, but the controls and gameplay seem a little clunky. It would just be that the youtube player is just not good at RTS though. -_-
