So, here is Krow Rush winning in 2 minutes.

On small maps with that many players it has been like that since i started playing. This is actually exactly the reason why this is considered broken.

That is just teamplay. Teamplay is makes basically any strat OP.

well, you wouldn´t be able to rush a krow so fast with fewer players.

But you can rush Scorpion, Dante, Jugglenaut, Cyclops and Grizzly for example.

So I guess it's just the meta that both teams should be rushing some heavy or another, but Krow definitely seems the best.

Yes this is what is happening.

I think krow would lose to Dante

Krow is arguably harder coordinate the counters against and easier to keep alive than other rushes.

scorp rush is pretty good as well

South made basically no attempt to counter the Krow. One player started a Razor. Krow is powerful in the large team small map meta of few people understanding how to play small maps with large teams. Beyond that it is hard to say.

Here are some basic things each team should do:
  • Have a few players start close together so they can quickly respond to rushes. Also have some hold facplop.
  • Not make a smattering of raiders like you would in a normal game. They will do nothing against the mass of commanders.
  • Boost a Swift ASAP.
  • Coordinate responses to rushes.

I have seen this strategy AUrankAdminGoogleFrog, but success was sparse. I don´t think this is a problem tho because you can simpli avoid playing on maps that are too small for the number of players.

Strider hub can't be plopped which makes strider rush quite a bit worse, even then I don't know that I would pick striders over Krow. People used to play small maps with lots of players like Icy Run a lot, they had a heavy-unit focused meta with lots of comm morphing but people made a lot of anti-heavy to counter. People liked it because of the sparse resources and little raiding I think.

Coop faccing on a krow is markedly less complex but perhaps it was always inevitable. A lot of anti-heavy options probably don't really work against Krow. What would you chose if you could pick the perfect thing to counter it? A tonne of AA might work but that would definitely prevent you going on the offensive against the enemy comms and not even reliably take the Krow down which can just retreat and repair like Godde said.

late game krow swarms could be extremelly annoying in team games.

That has been kept in check by how strong chainsaws and mercury (artemis?) are.

Three years ago I proposed moving Krow to strider hub but it was rejected.

Btw, that team resigned too early I think.
You had a Cyclops/Goliath coming out and about enough AA to ward off the Krow at this point.
The Krow had killed what? 2 commanders, 1 factory and some other stuff?
