Strider hub can't be plopped which makes strider rush quite a bit worse, even then I don't know that I would pick striders over Krow. People used to play small maps with lots of players like Icy Run a lot, they had a heavy-unit focused meta with lots of comm morphing but people made a lot of anti-heavy to counter. People liked it because of the sparse resources and little raiding I think.

Coop
faccing
on
a
krow
is
markedly
less
complex
but
perhaps
it
was
always
inevitable.
A
lot
of
anti-heavy
options
probably
don't
really
work
against
Krow.
What
would
you
chose
if
you
could
pick
the
perfect
thing
to
counter
it?
A
tonne
of
AA
might
work
but
that
would
definitely
prevent
you
going
on
the
offensive
against
the
enemy
comms
and
not
even
reliably
take
the
Krow
down
which
can
just
retreat
and
repair.
