Actually i suggested the same, to that same effect (meanies were absent). Issue is, it's not easy to have 8 people plan something like that.

I've been gathering data recently, it seems that failure cases actually total about 20% to 40%. This notable decrease from 100% failure chance that was observed a few months back could be caused by the wait-to-kill delay being increased to 25 seconds.
