@jseah - personally I'd focus on buffing the Slasher to be a better AA unit, and the fact that it's capable of shooting ground to be treated as a nice additional feature. Flat firing doesn't inhibit its ability to shoot air. Imho, it just doesn't do enough damage... perhaps an MT-like reload cycle with a focus on more initial damage would help.

The problem is that buffing it too much is tricky since it's a skirmisher that can hit raiders.
