There is the commander upgrades question and units unlocks, 11 blabla edited
it would be nice if running the first missions would not recquire finishing the campain.
What about a rule of ''only use the available upgrades'', is it sustainable the further one goes into campain ? (i think not, one could go all the way to the end on one side and then use the endgame stuff from fourth mission onwards)
There could be a no upgrades rule ( :/ ), OR for each mission to decide on upgrades and unlocks (but then how do you check that ..)
Otherwise the simple way is that we allow all upgrades and unlocks for any mission

- are allowed only upgrades and unlocks from missions that are no further horizontaly than the one being run (meh)

As for game speed modification and pausing, could be a TimeWarp category but i don't think we should allow it in the vanilla runs. It is a very different approach 14 As for game speed modification and pausing, could be a TimeWarp category but i don't think we should allow it in the vanilla runs. It is a very different approach
