3 v1.3 was then created which has the visual improvements of v1.2 and mex layout backward compatibility (uses the old v1.1 layout in planet wars and campaign) but it came a bit too late when there was the steam release feature freeze. 3 v1.3 was then created which has the visual improvements of v1.2 and mex layout backward compatibility (uses the old v1.1 layout in planet wars and campaign) but it came a bit too late when there was the steam release feature freeze.
