Your response to previous bans was to defame the ZK team using smurfs in at least two instances, and apparently to ban dodge multiple times as well. I have about as much reason to believe you'd be nice and quiet about this one for the sake of avoiding drama as I do to believe your typical domestic abuser when he promises not to do it again without any oversight.
