UPDATED VERSION: vBeta4

Still a 12x12 (functionally-)symmetrical sea map.

Note that the starting mex layout changes in a 1v1 (one less mex, but in a single group instead of two separate groups).

Mex layout, features, textures and heightmap also tweaked.
