We need a metalmult option in map settings. "Springie commands" is NOT a solution because if metalmult is set there every other map would need to reset it in springie commands. A soltution though would be to add !setoptions metalmult=1 to every map by default in Springie commands.

When the reset to defaults feature is added, would also be good that energymult and wind are set to normal.
