It seems that there's an error in the legend, the pictogram "shackles" should probably mean "imprisonment", while the red smudge thing is probably "eraser" for "censorship".

Read as it is, you go to jail for saying bad things on the internet in the USA.

Oh wait. Nevermind.

That's not shackles, that's scissors, no?

Out of context i'd interpret that pictogram as "€<g".

If this is scissors, then what does the red block in pink square signify?

Maybe the actual high-res version will convince you?

These details are lost when the images are scaled down for the forum. Mice are facing various threats here.

PS: I'm not sure how you could even remotely see a € here...

OH. Nevermind.
And the moral of the story is: don't pick pictograms that scale SO badly.

At some point the fact that US of A has imprisonment and Pakistan doesn't becomes very embarrassing.

Come on. They'll arrest an 11 year old child with Down's syndrome but you can say anything online and you think they'd give you a pass for that because they highly value online speech freedom? Get serious.

This is hilarious. Less than a week after I posted this, they outdid themselves. Now it's a 9-month old baby charged with attempted murder.

but only someone who is too stupid to live would actualy register a case against a 9 mo old baby... i mean seriously

maybe they got a tip from the US intelligence that the 9mo baby would likely become a superpredator

quote:
And while the Supreme Court in Miller struck down mandatory life-without-parole sentences for children, thousands of kids remain sentenced to die in prison as states fight retroactive application of the decision to sentences imposed during the height of the superpredator panic.

This is really sux.
From the article:
quote:
If I can just help one person to understand that social media is not a playground, that when you go out there into social media, when you use Facebook, when you use Twitter, when you go out there and make comments on news articles, and the things you are saying can and will be used against you,

I think Internet should be a place of a kind of anarchy. Every site have its own rule, but doing something bad on one site would be punishable only on this site, not IRL.

Run where? You can't even run to another planet, cause Russians have cornered the space market.
