How about a blade (melee) weapon for scout coms since the model already has melee weapons that aren't used.

Yeah it would look exactly like that or even worse. + we would need same silly sound effects. By the way anyone have good cut sound? Because scythe sounding like jack is just WTF.

Also melee on com wouldnt work, because coms dont have HP and specially recon com.

+1 for melee weapon though, this shit is so cash. Actually, this allows for a new commander role, and given the medieval direction KR seems to head commanders into (yknow, bombard, phalanx, what next, mangonel?) the concept of commander with a sword makes a bad joke much better.

Yeah this could be the 6th comm chassis, if someone finds/makes a model for it. SAMURAI COMMANDER. Give it sprint-ability for extra epicness. And of course dual-wield at lvl 3.
