shooter98 13 years ago Ok, first i've noticed that you must add an clan tag to play. Then i did add this wrong clan tag ([Tupm] instead of [TUPM])after that i tryed to change to the right tag a few times it did say that it would disconnect me from the server but it didn't. At least it did but then i couldn't log in in Zero-K lobby (but i can still log in on the website),so can anyone help me? +0 / -0

Licho 13 years ago Oh i think i understand what the issue is .. server is sort of case insensitivie for login sometimes.. So login to lobby and rename to something completely different and then to tupm +0 / -0

Licho 13 years ago Try with exactly this login you use to get to site. If it fails we will have toask admin to give you current name and reset password :( +0 / -0

shooter98 13 years ago Ok. now i can login but i can't use my coms or my techs, also PW don't accept me because it don't say that i'm in any clan (witch i am). PS. my hours count is also reset :( +0 / -0

Now i think i know whats happening first i registrated a new account [TUPM]shooter98 (i think i did that i have that information and i pressed register followed on I accept) and because the server somtimes is case insensitive it shows my old accounts information (on the startscreen and on the clan list). So here i am with one old not-working account and an new account with no unlocks, coms or clans.Pretty messed up huh? >_< +0 / -0
