When im selecting the whole mexes of the maps, I have numbers litteraly Twice bigger than my curent production. On my current game currently, my selected mexes are producing 30+ metal, and on the top of the screen, it says 15-20 Yesturday, i was at 150+, and suddently i fall at 0 for several seconds, While my ally had a total of 300+, its like it was stealing my metal incomes. When ive succefully recoverad my incomes, the ally income was lowered to 140+ It is because of allies ? How can i have the whole metal that im producing ? How is it really working ?

Metal income is shared across teammates.

metal income is shared equally among the team, this includes raw mex output and overdrive, BUT INCORRECT Also, reclaim goes completely to the person reclaiming And, when excessing metal, all your excessed metal goes to the rest of the team

Alright, and theres no way to have No sharing excepted when the production is exceeding max capacity ?

when excessing; metal is shared (if all players on the team excess, the metal is lost) i guess singleplayer :p or if the whole team does excatly the same things

Alright so rushing mexes with ally bots is a bit usqeless, i was scared that i had to rush them else brutal bots are taking everything :D

It is good practice to rush down mexes.

Well, thanks for the infos About the problem when all my incomes was lowered temporary to 0, its probably the AFK manager wich is reducing my economy to 0 for bots. Instead of giving them all my goods

Afk/lag shouldn't do that?

technically when you are AFK, all your units are sent to an ally player. Since im only playing with bots, its not giving them my units but my incomes only (Energy+metal)

Expanding on what's said, there's a default widget that is a table showing " overdrive payback". It's a little unwieldy and lacks some informational tool tips, but it records about of metal spent into economic structures and how much the team owes you, as well as the bonus income you are receiving above base to pay you back. I think it's called roi tracker, for return of investment. Ask for help enabling it if you want. Also, if you have a private lobby, you can change the defaults. Somewhere in advanced lobby settings there's a drop down menu with communism enabled by default, I think the tool tips there explain every option. I was mistaken, apparently the only economic options are 'Economy Returns Investment' and 'Enable Inactivity Sharing' which are default on.

This sounds right, but I have not tested it. quote: Alright, and theres no way to have No sharing excepted when the production is exceeding max capacity ? |
No. The metal sharing is too deep in the economy to easily remove.

What do you mean? Communism is perpetual!

Communism or not, those are damn bots ! >:D In player team okay, but with bots. I would like to see how bots could be defend themselves with their own economy :3 Yeah you have to know AI are my passion, i love studiying them ;D

i have seen players make 10 storage's and reclaim front .. that kind of non sharing is a bit lame

I didn't even noticed that energy building ivestment is repayed from overdrive. And if i build singu to overdrive just 4 mex with low incoming? Then basicly all time overdrive is giving metal only for me until this 4k ir payed back? There is no time limits how long overdrive is giving metal? Its only watching metal cost?

There is no time limit to the payback, but:
-
you only get 50% refund (so 2k for a singu, 45m for a mex etc)
-
generators start at 33% OD income refund and this percentage goes down gradually (so if a new singu boosts team metal income by +15, you initially get +5 of that and the remaining +10 goes to the team)
-
new generators will "squeeze" old generators' value due to diminishing returns (for example if 1 fusion gives you +5 income, but later 3 more fusions get built for a total of +12, then the first fusion is now considered +12/4 == +3 income and not the original +5)
-
mexes start at 50% refund of their base income (regardless of overdrive) and also go down
