[Spoiler]This looks like someone went over the image with gimp's blur feature. There's literally no sharpness to it and looks worse IMO.
[Spoiler]Great, all you did was make the ui slightly longer and have some hd icons. There's almost no ui rework shown here.
TL;DR: Not convinced anything more than a dozen hours of work was put in this and had a $19.99 pricetag slapped on it. At best, if this was maybe $4.99, I'd consider picking it up. But for $19.99, you can get the first decade for the same price and it comes with far more stuff.
