too much elo

I think the problem is while some players may gain experience, they miss alot of key methods of playing the game, which are not learnt in cluster games. Without some small team \ 1v1 experience players can get into bad habits without it proving problematic for some time.

ie wasting early resources on pointless things, while other players cover thier arse, then making big things doing damage and feel like theyre doing in important part, despite they most likely contributed to an ultimate loss.

Unlock storage only when player reach level 30.

The issue with that is both of these players who started spamming storages are eligible for the experienced room.
