some UI elements do not like resizing the window

snackuser 12 years ago resizing the spring window breaks some things: -chat bubbles (appear in middle instead of right side) -playerlist (goes somewhere it wants) -exit menu (loses the buttons or goes partly offscreen) -possible the build/order menu (vertical position) +0 / -0
snackuser 12 years ago noticed this when i made custom coms: "startup selection" thing (commander selection) is just an empty window with nothing to click inside. +0 / -0
