I just noticed that all your recent Living Lands versions give the northeast player 70 more metal in reclaim than the southwest player. Maybe that explains the improbable victories of @wesley_bos...

I don't know why the texture was changed. I spent a lot of time on that texture and it's quite unique, and this is just generic grassy knoll. It was a bit noisy I guess, but AFAICT the only reason they changed it is because whoever remade it first had no idea how to pixel edit the texture to remove the middle mexes.

FWIW i think the original texture was fairly low technical quality. But the aesthetic was better. This has better technical quality but worse aesthetics. This may be particular to myself because i like grimdark stuff.
