my pc when starting game loading very slowly file lua rules and other file, need 2 min for load all.
First 103 spring version, i not have any problem. I have nice pc, play in others game, fps too, without problems.

I'm experiencing this since we moved to 103.0 and maybe 102.0 as well. Doesn't happen in 100.0 definitely. Can't recall if 101.0 was affected (probably not).
It's so bad that I'm usually loaded into the game like 10 seconds before the timeout.

Indeed there's an issue in Spring 103.0 that causes all models to be loaded prior to the game (instead of during) if you have advanced model shading on.

Also, around the same time, we added a large number of weapondefs and unitdefs for dynamic commanders. This number can be reduced now that Spring supports changing weapon damages on the fly.
