Compatibility of spads infrastructure

Hello everybody,

I wonder how compatible (or not) spads autohost infrastructure would be on the zk lobby server, and whether it would somehow be possible to harmonise these things.

The reason is solely that I have a lot of stuff homologised for spads and wonder if they could be done for springie and zk protocol instead.

Describe that infrastructure in more detail. It's possible to fork Springie and make it send replays to http://replays.springrts.com if that's what you mean.

Yes but much more. I have already a lot of custom plugin to spads that fine-tune the autohosts, things like voting, balancing, there is even a !poke command. A lot of work in other hands that would be nice to just preserve and make it work with springie.

Or is there a requirement of running springie on zk protocol, or can spads somehow be made to work with it?

You can't just transplant SPADS plugins to Springie, it doesn't even have a plugin interface and isn't written in Perl.

ZK lobby server lacks some features (colors, factions, ready status).

In theory you can run spads on zkls if you implement zkls protocol.
