!cbalance seems to have some threshold so it would split clans into two teams rather than make entirely unfair games (according to elo).

Cool!

If the average elo difference of the teams with clanbalance would be more than 40, normal balance is used instead.

So if everyone is in the same clan, expect to see clanbalance not get used that much and clanmates fighting each other.
