Folder with additional soundtracks?

I wonder, if there is a folder, when I can put additional .ogg files to enrich the music experience from the game?

The original soundtracks are marvellous, but even they can get boring after 100+h of play. ;-)

Create folders:
My Documents/My Games/Spring/sounds/music/war/
My Documents/My Games/Spring/sounds/music/peace/
Music goes there, must be in OGG format. Peace is the music at start and when nothing happens, war are the tracks that play when stuff starts blowing up.
