I mean the logistics of this is really stressing. This should be automated. To give the silo the targets and then it should just shoot at them.

Use Wait.

Can you elaborate about both options - alt+f and wait? I'm not sure how you do it.

if you hold Alt when you press F, you can now drag the fire command and it will make a line of attack commands. its not practical for stiunning more than 2 antinukes, but the end and start of the line allow to set 2 targets with 1 swoop.

I was going to write a post but instead I just made the wiki a bit clearer and added an example.

http://zero-k.info/mediawiki/index.php?title=Wait_Command <- Ignore the variants.

I tried what @Omoiyari wrote and it didn't work - the moment I issued F on the first Shokley (all were in wait status), it fired.

Now I read what AUrankAdminGoogleFrog wrote and there is an important detail: one should use shift+F, so it would keep wait as the first command in stack. Will try.
