This battle is a good example of the AI doing two silly things:

a) building a singu to replace lost power when it can't afford it.
b) putting a bertha behind a hill.

I'm not sure b is fixable, but a seems like it could do with being changed.

(a) Seems like bad config values: by 10th minute AI thinks that it has 64x of metal income to build energy structures.
Should be reverted to old values.

(b) requires coding, some trivial greedy "find safe highest position in radius on the grid" can be used (for some types of buildings only for example). But, why people don't like expression "patches welcome"?
