Of course, a couple of defenders won't do it. However, it can be argued that by the time the player has 10 valkys+rockos, the opponent should either have more defenders, or other units that should be able to take down the valkys. As said, the fall would take a good chunck of health from the units so that this strategy, prima facie and subject to testing of course, would not seem obviously OP. 9 - this part is less obvious.
